Robert W. Cushing

Robert W. Cushing is a member of the Litigation Team at MGS. The team has extensive experience in trial and appellate practice in State and Federal Courts in Westchester and surrounding counties, and in Surrogate’s Courts throughout the state. The litigation team is active in commercial and construction litigation and arbitration, personal injury litigation, and handles Article 78 proceedings and related matters on behalf of the many municipalities it represents, as well as on behalf of its land use clients.

Mr. Cushing earned his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2021 and the New York Bar in 2022.

He is originally from Tacoma, Washington and currently resides in Armonk, NY.
