Kevin E. Staudt is a member of the firm’s Municipal Practice Group and heads the firm’s tax certiorari litigation practice. Mr. Staudt is also experienced in handling general commercial litigation, Article 78 proceedings and municipal prosecutions.
He has developed an expertise in working with local assessors and municipal attorneys to achieve successful outcomes in tax certiorari cases. The firm also represents homeowners and owners of cooperative buildings, apartment buildings, condominiums, retail buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings, golf courses, recreational clubs and owners of other types of commercial properties.
He is a member of the New York State Bar. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where he participated in Mock Trial. He received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Staudt also practices municipal and land use litigation, trusts & estates litigation and personal injury.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is a resident of Mamaroneck, NY.
