McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP Announces New Litigation Associate
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – The law firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP (MGS) in White Plains is pleased to announce the addition of a new litigation associate.
Robert Cushing comes to MGS from Goldberg & Lindenberg P.C. in Manhattan where his practice areas included Landlord and Tenant Law, Residential Real Estate and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Cushing has joined the Litigation Team at MGS which has extensive experience in trial and appellate practice in State and Federal Courts in Westchester and surrounding counties, and in Surrogate’s Courts throughout the state. The litigation team is active in commercial and construction litigation and arbitration, personal injury litigation, and handles Article 78 proceedings and related matters on behalf of the many municipalities it represents, as well as on behalf of its land use clients.

Mr. Cushing earned his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2021 and the New York Bar in 2022.
Mr. Cushing is originally from Tacoma, Washington and currently resides in Armonk, NY.
