James Staudt of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt Proud to Participate in Doctor’s in Concert at United Hebrew of New Rochelle
White Plains, N.Y. – James Staudt, a partner in the law firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP (MGS) in White Plains recently participated in a special concert at United Hebrew of New Rochelle showcasing the musical talents of doctors.
Staudt, chair of United Hebrew of New Rochelle’s Board of Directors, opened the program Doctors in Concert, which featured five talented doctors who performed classical, jazz and pop as part of a series of events celebrating United Hebrew’s 100th Anniversary.
“I was proud to be a part of such a wonderful event that is just one example of the creative programming offered at United Hebrew,’’ said Staudt. “It was a special evening that was not only appreciated by the residents of Willow Towers Assisted Living, but allowed these doctors to showcase some remarkable, and unexpected artistic gifts.”
The concert on June 13 at the Willow Towers Assisted Living in New Rochelle featured Melin Tan-Geller, MD of ENT Allergy Associates; Allan Jaffe, MD, WedMed Medical Group; Ezriel E. Kornel, MD, New York Brain & Spine Surgeons; Daniel Markowicz, MD, White Plains Hospital; Neil Prufer, MD, ENT Allergy Associates; and special guest 7th grade cellist Zachary Geller.
Staudt became chair of United Hebrew’s Board of Directors last year with the goal of helping to ensure it remains a vital organization that is true to its mission by being responsive to the wide-ranging needs of today’s seniors and an evolving healthcare environment.
United Hebrew meets the daily health and medical needs of over 1,000 seniors across its continuing care community, from those who are living independently to those with advanced healthcare needs. It encompasses a 296-bed nursing home, a seven-story assisted living facility, a low-income senior citizen apartment residence, an Alzheimer/Dementia facility, and facilities supporting community health outreach programs.
