McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt honored by NAIOP
The White Plains-based law firm McCullough Goldberger & Staudt LLP reports that three projects in which it was deeply involved have been honored by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
The projects were recognized as “Westchester County Transformative Deals” during a NAIOP award event held recently in Darien, Connecticut.
The law firm played a key role in obtaining the zoning changes and approvals necessary for the projects in Harrison and White Plains to proceed. The projects are the Toll Brothers/Normandy Real Estate Partners multifamily residential development along I-287 in Harrison, the Wegmans Food Markets store on a 20-acre site on Corporate Park Drive in Harrison and Danone North America’s relocation to 1 Maple Ave. in White Plains.
“We are honored to be associated with these major projects, each of which significantly contributes to the transformative impact on Westchester and the region, particularly the I-287 corridor,” partner Seth Mandelbaum said.
