McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP is pleased to be working with Iona College
McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP is pleased to be working with Iona College as it modernizes and transforms its New Rochelle campus. MGS Partner James Staudt represented the College in obtaining land use approvals from the City of New Rochelle for a new Student Residence Hall, located at the corner of North and Summit Avenues.
Located across from the campus’s main entrance, the building is styled to reflect a “modern Iona” with a vibrant streetscape and design complementary to nearby College and community structures.
The first floor Is expected to contain taxable retail and restaurant space open to the public with adjacent on-site parking. The upper six floors will provide attractive apartment-style housing for approximately 310 students, complete with on-site security and management.
In addition to providing needed housing for students, the new structure complements revitalization efforts along North Avenue that include improved traffic flow, infrastructure and pedestrian access.
College officials broke ground in Spring 2015 and construction is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2016.
