Rye Mixed-Use Building Gains Approval

Led by Linda Whitehead and Seth M. Mandelbaum, McCullough, Goldberger and Staudt LLP successfully obtained Site Plan Approvals from the City of Rye Planning commission to convert an existing two-story office building at 2 Second Street in Rye to a restaurant and multi-dwelling apartment with parking.
When completed the building, located in downtown Rye and across from the Metro-North train station, will be three stories and include 12 one-bedroom residential units on the second and third floors while the restaurant will occupy the ground floor. Parking will be on the ground floor.
